Digital Library & Process

Project Case Study

The client was an organisation that provided design consulting services to their customers. Their strength was in business storytelling and using visual design to resolve and address business complexity. The R & D division wished to leverage their exploration of diverse visual designs and interactive experiences’ and create collections based on the story themes and patterns. These collections would act as a reference for the Marketing, Sales and Service Delivery teams to repurpose whenever they come across a similar problem.

The Process

The Team

My role in this project was to define a process and implement an end to end solution. This was achieved through, ideation, research, wireframes, content structures and designing the overall experience.

  • The first stage of the project was to identify and ideate on how to make the existing library more efficient. My role in this phase included the ideation, research and discovery of potential platforms

  • The second stage of the project was defining a sustainable process and structuring the content into various collections

  • The final stage was updating content in the library.  My role was collaborating with the design and experience team to select new work to be added to the digital libraries
